Can you ship internationally?
I take great care to pack and ship my paintings, to guarantee that it arrives with you in perfect condition. I have included shipping costs at checkout from my SHOP page but some addresses will require you to email me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you a quote for shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
Presently, I am not including shipping to EU countries but do please contact me if you’d like to buy a painting and have it delivered outside the UK.
Returns
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be totally happy with your new artwork so I offer a returns policy.
If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal fees.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days depending on availability and framing issues. Within the UK pieces are sent by courier depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. I use a specialist company to pack and ship my paintings, to guarantee that it arrives with you in perfect condition. If you are located in London it may be possible to have your purchase delivered to you for no extra cost.

Data Protection
We will take all reasonable care, in do far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We use a secure external payment process. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.

Commissions
If you would like to buy any of my works or talk about a commission then please do get in touch through my contact form or alternatively paintings are available on my SHOP page. I can then let you know availability, if it is through myself or through a gallery representing me.
Please note that prices include a minimum postage/shipping or packaging fee. This can be discussed according to your needs. I have included standard delivery where possible but some countries will require that you email me or you may want other delivery options so feel free to contact me with any shipping queries.
Where work is shown without a price, please contact me via the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
PayPal Credit
Now , buying art has got a whole lot easier. You can now apply for PayPal credit which allows you to spend over £99 and spread the cost, with 0% interest for the first 3 months.
How is my payment handled? .Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
I also accept bank transfers, and can supply my bank details. Once the money has gone into my account, I will dispatch the piece to you.
Paying in instalments
For larger paintings I offer the option of paying in instalments. You can contact me here to discuss how you would like to spread the payments to invest in a larger painting.
